Penrose Railway Station is a railway station serving the small Southern Highlands town of Penrose and its surrounds, in New South Wales, Australia. It is part of Sydney's CityRail intercity network, on the Southern Highlands Line. The station opened in 1869 as Cables Siding, but was renamed to its present name two years later. The station opened on its present site in 1916.

The station has two short platforms that serve the diesel railcars that use the line.
